Objectives
wealthgatex helps users enter and navigate the cryptocurrency space, providing tools to make sound, long-term decisions. Services are designed for medium- and long-term investors.
Activities
2.1 Account creation
wealthgatex will create the necessary crypto exchange accounts on behalf of, and with permission from, the user. Once account setup is complete, users receive credentials and password change instructions and retain full control and responsibility for the account.
2.2 Asset allocation
wealthgatex uses dynamic, proprietary algorithms to define and perform portfolio allocation based on user input. Manual trades or transactions conducted by users may limit wealthgatex’s monitoring and reporting ability.
2.3 Fund deposits and withdrawals
Users are responsible for depositing and withdrawing funds to and from their accounts. wealthgatex provides clear instructions to streamline the process.
2.4 Account monitoring and reporting
wealthgatex continuously monitors user accounts and provides a monthly dashboard with straightforward portfolio and performance details.
Fees
3.1 Fee structure
wealthgatex offers freemium and performance-fee plans. The freemium plan is free and offers limited functionality. In the performance model, wealthgatex is compensated only when the customer wins.
3.2 Promotions
wealthgatex may apply promotional discounts at its sole discretion.
3.3 Other fees
wealthgatex does not charge hidden fees. Users accept full responsibility for any exchange or banking transaction fees.
Security
4.1 Infrastructure
wealthgatex is powered by Google Cloud, reducing cost, complexity, and risk for security and compliance.
4.2 Exchanges
wealthgatex vets partners and works only with major “top-10” exchanges. Funds remain on user-owned accounts; API keys are customer-owned and limited so withdrawals cannot occur via API.

wealthgatex does not provide financial advice. It is not a Registered Investment Advisor, Broker/Dealer, Financial Analyst, Bank, Securities Broker, Commodity Trade Advisor, or Financial Planner. Information such as optimal fund allocation is based on user input and is for informational purposes only. Users should consult qualified advisors and conduct their own due diligence. wealthgatex is not responsible for investment decisions made by users.
5.2 Warranties
wealthgatex disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. wealthgatex does not warrant that services or applications will be free of bugs, errors, viruses, or other defects, nor that results will be profitable.
5.3 Liability
wealthgatex and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses, even if advised of the possibility. Total aggregate liability for all damages shall not exceed the fees paid to wealthgatex for the use of services or applications.
Risks
Investing in any asset class, including cryptocurrencies, involves risks such as technology, exchange, security, and regulatory risks. Users should consider investment objectives and risk appetite carefully and invest only what they can afford to lose. Loss-limiting strategies like stop-loss orders may not be effective due to market conditions or technological issues. wealthgatex is not responsible for losses incurred through the use of its advisory services.
Privacy
wealthgatex is fully compliant with GDPR. Only the minimum data needed to deliver services is stored: name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and encrypted exchange API keys. User data will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent. Users may request erasure of their data via email.
Communication
The User understands and agrees to the preceding sections and further agrees that:
- User will not hold wealthgatex liable for any realized trading loss in any currency or asset.
- User reserves the right to stop using wealthgatex at any point.
- User warrants that all information provided to wealthgatex is accurate and complete.
- wealthgatex offers Software as a Service (SaaS), monitoring user accounts on exchanges not affiliated with wealthgatex.
- User takes full responsibility for identifying and paying any tax liabilities resulting from trading or wealthgatex services.
- This agreement is governed by Dutch law and disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court in the Netherlands.
- wealthgatex reserves the right to terminate or deny service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
